＜インド料理について＞
インド料理は日本以外にも多くの国で食されていて、
イギリスにもたくさんのインド料理のレストランがあり、
カレーのテイクアウトが人気です。

インド北部では、ヨーグルトなどを使った比較的マイルドな料理が多く、タンドリーチキンもその一つです。　
一方、南部の料理はスパイスやココナッツを使ったスパイシーなものが多いのが特徴です。

日本にあるインドレストランは北部の料理を出すところが多く、AJエスニックの２人のシェフもインド北部の都市デラドゥン出身です。
また、インドのデザートはとっても甘く、ミルク風味のものが多いです。

＜アフガニスタン料理について＞
アフガニスタンの食文化はトルコ料理やペルシャ（イラン）料理など中近東の食事に近いです。

アフガニスタン料理の特徴は、トマト、玉ねぎをベースにした煮込み料理が多く、それほどスパイシーではありません。

内陸国なので、魚よりも肉料理が中心で、主にチキン、マトンなどをよく使います。
ヨーグルトもよく食べられ、サラダや煮込み料理にも使われています。

AJ Ethnic, opened in Sakai-shi, Osaka in May 2015, is an ethnic restaurant, serving authentic Afghan and Indian dishes.

First of all, let me highlight that AJ Ethnic is the first and the only AFGHAN RESTAURANT in Kansai area. Our experienced AFGHAN CHEF from Nangarhar is one of a few Afghan chefs in Japan. He prepares a variety of Afghan delights, such as kabuli polau and bolani, to meet locally residing Afghans,demands as well as to give an opportunity to those Japanese and other nationalities who have never tried Afghan dishes before. We would like to promote positive image of Afghanistan through our Afghan food.

As for INDIAN DISHES, such as curry/nan, biriyani and tandoori chicken, cooked by our INDIAN CHEF draws repeaters. You can request the degree of hotness accordig to your taste.

Also, there are some dishes of OUR ORIGINAL you can eat only at AJ Ethnic.

We arrange party food as well. if you are planning parties such as wedding, birthday, year-end, or family/friends gatherings, why don,t you let us arrange food for you. Accourding to your budget, purpose etc, we arrange party menu for you. Also we can deliver food to your event venue or you can rent out our restaurant.

All our food is 100% HALAL, so Muslim brothers and sisters are all welcome. Please come and enjoy our ethnic delights.
